Update both asymmetric SUOTA and application software when keys are revoked

Description

When a key (or keys) are revoked when updating only the application software, the device cannot be updated anymore and will get stuck (i.e. bricked) when trying to update using asymmetric SUOTA.

Workaround

When updating the application software revoking one or more keys, then first the asymmetric SUOTA needs to be updated with the new key(s).
