Asymmetric SUOTA application does not support GAP security level 3

Description

The asymmetric SUOTA application does not support GAP security level 3. When enable the setting dg_configSUOTA_GAP_SEC_LEVEL ( 3 ) the peer device will connect and bond but the PIN key is never requested.

Workaround

Customer needs to add their own implementation of improved security.
