6. Connecting to Development Kits
During evaluation or development using the Connectivity Production Line Tool it is a common requirement to be able connect to various development boards. This page provides connection diagrams for the various Renesas Electronics Coorporation development boards.
6.1. Connectivity Production Line Tool DUT Connector
Like described in the Connectivity Production Line Tool Connectivity PLT User Manual, the DUT connector (J1) is a 96pin DIN 41612 male connector from Amphenol (86093967113745ELF) (Figure 18) and mating parts can be found on the manufacturers website. For the purpose of development or evaluation, it can be useful to acquire a 96 pin DIN41612 connector (Figure 19) and either solder wires to the pins or use jumper wires to connect to the DUT.
