UART ROM driver: Not all baud rates are supported by the stack

Description

In the UART ROM driver there is 1 character delay duration to ensure host has not started a transmission at the same time. This delay is calculated for the 115200 baud rate only and not as a variable based on the configured UART baud rate. Therefore, this is not applicable to every baud rate value but only 115200 baud rate.

This is included in the DA14580/581/583/585/586/531 ROMs.

Workaround

This is a part of ROM, no workaround is available. This has been fixed only in DA14531-01 and DA14535.
